The Working Process Of the Blister Packaging Machine:

1. Preparation Work

The operators need to install the plastic film coil on the corresponding rollers and ensure favorable tension and flatness. At the same time, the products to be packaged are placed in the feeling device, ready to enter the packaging process.

2. Heating and Forming

The heating components of the blister packaging machines heat the film uniformly to reach a temperature that is easy to shape. Subsequently, films are squeezed into the blisters of specific shapes and sizes through the function of the molds.

3. Product Filling

The precise filling systems will accurately put the products into the shaped blisters by following the set procedures. This process needs extremely high precision to ensure every blister to have products having the right numbers and places.

4. Covering and Sealing

A layer of rear panel materials is covered over the blisters containing the products. Then through heat-sealing, ultrasonic sealing, and other sealing methods, the blisters and rear panels are combined tightly to form a completely sealed space.

5. Cutting and Separation

The continuously sealed packaging belt will pass through the cutting device and be cut and separated according to the predetermined length or the specification of a single package to obtain independent blister packaging products.

Take food packaging as an example, such as the packaging of chocolate beans. The blister packaging machine places the chocolate beans one by one into the blisters, seals them, and then cuts them into individual small packages, which are both beautiful and can maintain the freshness of the chocolate beans.
The entire working process has a high degree of automation and is fast, capable of meeting the demands of large-scale production while ensuring the quality and consistency of the packaging.
